Fourth Class were thrilled to welcome Louise today to do some yoga which incorporated movement, breath-work and a sound-bath. We have a big emphasis on the well-being of our school community. Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to improve both physical and mental health in children and adults alike. Yoga has so many benefits, some of which include, improving balance, strength, endurance and concentration in children as well as giving them life-skills to help support their own mental health.
