Student of the Week & Golden Box 14th - 18th November

Congratulations to this week's students of the week!

3rd Class:

Ms. McGowan: Michael for putting a smile on everyone's face with his beaming positive attitude. So many people have complimented Michaels incredible manners and sense of humour this week. Michael also works extremely hard every day. We are so lucky to have Michael in our class!

Ms. O'Connor: Efraim has worked hard all week, listening carefully to instructions and putting 100% effort into everything he does. He has also been very positive, thoughtful and kind. Well done Efraim!

Mr. D. O'Flynn: Sarah has such a positive, upbeat and infectious personality. She is always smiling, always encouraging others and always polite to others. Sarah is also a very hard worker in class and has made a great improvement as a result. Well done Sarah!

Ms. Farrell: Leighton O’Leary for working so hard all week. Leighton’s kind and funny personality lights up our classroom everyday. We are all so proud of you Leighton

4th Class

Mr. Brady: Grace for another super week of hard work. Grace has been a wonderful addition to our class and is extremely kind and quick to offer a helping hand to those around her. I regularly get many compliments from other staff about how gentle and polite Grace is outside the classroom. Well done Grace. 

Ms. Gill: Gabriel has a fantastic work ethic. He tries his best in all subject areas and takes on each day with great enthusiasm and positivity. He is always willing to offer a helping hand and this was particularly evident on our beach trip yesterday! Gabriel is always polite and mannerly towards staff and students alike and he sets a wonderful example for us all. Well done Gabby!

Ms. Mulderrig/Ms. O'Shaughnessy: Blake has put in a outstanding effort in every subject this week. He has made a great effort to impove his written work and to contribute to class discussions. He also sets a great example to all of us, cycling to school every day. Well done Blake.

5th Class:

Mr. C. O'Flynn: Tiernan for always showing a willingness to learn and engage with his learning. Tiernan always comes into class with a positivity that spreads to the whole class. Keep it up Tiernan.

Mr. O'Hara: Ugbome, for his fantastic participation in school this week. Ugbome was particularly brilliant in his music lessons with Ms Mulderrig and Alison and his attitude in the PE sessions in the college were commented on by the coaches over there. Well done Ugbome.

6th Class:

Ms. Daly: Shirine works exceptionally hard week in week out and always gives everything her best effort. Shirine is a kind and caring girl who is very conscious of others feelings and brings great positivity to our class. Shirine is a fantastic asset to have in our class! Well done Shirine, keep up the good work.

Mr. Galvin: Sean has put a great effort into all subjects this week. Seans laughter is infectious and he brings great humour to our classroom each day. Sean stood out this week for his kindness towards his classmates and his willingness to help around the classroom. Well done Sean.

Mr. Ryan: Emma for her positive and caring nature in the classroom. Emma is always so helpful to all her classmates and is so welcoming to everyone. Well done Emma. 

 

Golden Box

This week Ms. Farrell has nominated Lennon from Ms. Gill's class

Lennon really deserves this golden box nomination for constantly showing kindness to everyone in Rang na Greine. When Alexander joins Lennon’s class during the week, he always ensures that Alexander is involved in all the activities and makes him feel included in his class. Lennon is a wonderful friend and he sets an amazing example for everyone around him! Keep being you Lennon
