Well done to the boys and girls from our school who represented us at Santry Athletics last Thursday. We had 18 fantastic athletes competing over 5th and 6th class, and they held their own against children who have been part of Athletics clubs since they started school. More importantly than this, the way in which the boys and girls conducted themselves on the day in terms of behaviour was absolutely outstanding, and Mr. Ryan, Mr. Carroll and Nicola were extremely proud to say that they were from our school.
We are also delighted to announce that we had medal winners on the day, as the 6th class boys team came 3rd in the 4 x 100m relay race and received bronze medals. This is an amazing achievement, and we are all so proud of you. Well done to all involved.
