In 3rd Class, we learned how to carve pumpkins. We started by writing procedures and turning them into posters using Canva and Google Docs. Then we designed our own pumpkin faces on paper and chose two children’s designs to carve. Everyone helped to scoop out the seeds and pulp, and we carried out a science experiment to see if the pumpkin would sink or float and how many seeds were inside. It was a fun mix of writing, art, and science.
