Some of our pupils were lucky enough to be invited to the Iveagh Gardens last week to help the Minister for Culture, Communications and Sport, Patrick O'Donovan launch this years Music Network, Music Capital Scheme. We were so lucky to have been successfully chosen last year to receive funding from the Music Capital Scheme in order to buy 3/4 and Full Size violins for our 5th and 6th class students to use in their weekly violin lessons. We are very grateful to Music Network and the Departments of Culture for their financial support of our music programme here in St Patrick's Senior School. The pupils represented the school amazingly and had the biggest smiles for the camera!
