These past few weeks, our school has been taking part in weekly fundraising by collecting bottles and cans to receive funds through Ireland’s Re-turn Bottle Deposit Scheme.
Ms. McGowan’s class collected an impressive total of 505 bottles, playing a huge role in raising valuable funds for our school. Everyone got involved by bringing in bottles from home and helping to count them. The class even used their maths skills to keep track of the total as they worked towards and surpassed their goal of 500 bottles.
