Wellbeing is all about being happy most of the time and being healthy.
It also means being active. There are three pillars that are given, connect,be active ,keep learning and take notice. This week has been inspired by Ms Mc Donnell and this will happen ever year in memory in Ms Mc Donnell

Wellbeing means to me that you should always be nice and kind to other people. It also means that you should be happy and that it is okay to be sad. Also it means that you can rise above being sad and think about the good things and as the 5 pillars said to give, keep learning, take notice,be active and connect and we should all do that in this week, next week and every other day.

Well being to me means you have to be thankful for what you have and don't be jealous of other people. You should always be yourself don't try to be someone else. You should always express yourself and let your emotions out don't worry what other people think about you it is okay to cry.You should always think of others and if you see someone is lonely try talk to them and do not exclude them if you do this you will be a much more happier person than before try your best to go outside and get some time to think or even play a game with your friends don't spend so much time on your phone so try help your parents around the house.Don't let the bad times get you down just be happy.

I think wellbeing is about being happy inside and out. It's also about it being okay to be sad because no one could be happy all of the time. Wellbeing is also about being healthy in your mind and not just your body. It is also about connecting with others 1 to 1 not through a screen.
