I think Well-Being means to be happy,grateful, healthy and active.

I think that Well-being week is about being happy and not negitive and being positive not listening to others be grafull for what you got in life. As people say do not judge a book by its cover. But mostiy do not forget to be happy and not just yourself but outhers as well.
i think that welbeing to me would mean to try to stay happy also stay calm also to help other people to be happy and not being negative.
